I've spent more than 20 years in Human Resources and People Management, with over a decade dedicated solely to supporting small and medium-sized businesses across Australia. I hold undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in Psychology, plus a Masters in Human Resources Management.

I understand that the people stuff is often the hardest part of running a business, and that most business owners are dealing with it alone, without the right words or the right support. This event exists to change that.
