This isn't a routine wage increase. The Fair Work Commission has replaced the entire classification structure for health professionals, one based on qualification level and years of experience, and it applies to every health professional on your team.

Every team member needs to be mapped individually. If you've got senior or specialist roles, you need to work out what those actually mean in your business, because the Award doesn't spell it out.

Getting it wrong isn't just an admin headache. Misclassify someone and you're looking at back pay, or a pay dispute with a team member you rely on. Neither is great.
