Hi, I’m Kristy-Lee. I’m a nationally recognised HR expert, passionate small business advocate, podcast host, mum, wife, beach lover and runner.

I’ve spent more than 20 years in Human Resources and People Management, over a decade of that dedicated solely to supporting small and medium-sized businesses across Australia. Along the way, I’ve seen first-hand that business success (and personal freedom) comes down to one thing: having the right people by your side.

What sets me apart is that I don’t do corporate jargon or cookie-cutter solutions. I know the realities of small business life - time is tight, the stakes feel high, and people problems can keep you up at night. My job is to cut through the overwhelm, give you the exact words, tools, and strategies you need, and help you feel confident leading your team.

That’s why I created People Powered Business: to give business owners like you practical, affordable HR support, plus the mentoring and leadership coaching to build a team that truly performs - without burning you out in the process.

When I’m not working with clients or recording a podcast, you’ll usually find me by the ocean, spending time with my family, or planning my next travel adventure.
