When does it start?
Voxer opens on 20th October. The live sessions run on Wednesdays at 1pm Sydney time: the kick-off on 21st October, Session 1 on 28th October, Session 2 on 4th November, office hours on 11th November and Session 3 on 18th November. Voxer closes on 20th November.
Where are the sessions held, and what time is that where I am?
The live sessions run online on Zoom, and your link arrives in your welcome email. They start at 1pm Sydney time, which is noon in Brisbane, 12:30pm in Adelaide and 10am in Perth.
What if I can't make a live session?
Every session is recorded, and replays are available for a limited time after the Experience. Hot seats are live only.
How much time will it take?
Plan on one live session a week for five weeks. Each runs 60 minutes, except Session 3, which runs 90. On top of that, it's the changes you choose to make in your business and any questions you ask on Voxer, so you can put in as much or as little as you have.
What is Voxer, and do I have to use it?
Voxer is a free voice-message app, and it takes about two minutes to set up. It's where you ask questions between sessions, and you'll get an answer from me within one business day. I'll send you a how-to in your welcome email.
Is what I share kept confidential?
Yes. I ask everyone to keep what's shared in the sessions and on Voxer within the group, and you don't need to use your team members' names. Hot seats are optional, so you choose what you share.
Who else will be in the group?
A small group of business owners with teams, all working through the same three areas at the same time.
Does it work for my type of business?
